There are devices that one can buy that disables the system. I just found one on Amazon for way less than the one I bought from Australia for my 2022 SQ5 Sportback.

Good suggestion. He didn't say if this is a new car or not. The calipers may not be retracting correctly. If there is a different audi dealer I would try them.
