About 6 months later...

The 200 20vt 3b motor is much easier to install than the AAN. I installed an AAN in my 4kq and feel I spent a lot of money to overcome some obstacles which are not there in the 3b.

It might be...

I would say that a ventilated hood, via cowl or other vents aren't a bad idea. They can attract unwanted attention, but if you like the look os beig super-modded then you'll probably like them. ...

Sounds great, but with a stock exhaust manifold, how much hp is being made?

That sounds like a pretty good way to overcome some common obstacles. Thanks for the perspective.

I will still argue that a k24/k26 will not be in the ballpark of 300 hp on a 10vt. From the CIS,...

The 20vt is much better way to make 300 hp. There are so man obstacles to overcome with the 10vt for 300hp they add up to costing more than a basic 20vt setup.

a stock 20vt wiht a chip and the...

I've given several other people with 10vt swaps a ride in my car and they've all said the same thing. The 20vt is on another level.

My 20vt is close to stock with an 034 stand alone IIc system. ...
