I would find a plastic rod as close in diameter as the plug remaining inside. Put some epoxy on the tip enough to glue to the remainder of the plug. This one I use is quite strong, wait for 1 hr....

Thanks, I didn't see the green dye when draining it LOL. BTW, engine only fails without oil, regardless any kind of oil IMO. Audis are reliable cars, let's see how this one does???
