My 2019 A7 trunk would open completely and immediately closed to approximately half mast. Dealer changed struts about 3 months ago and haven't had an issue since. I hope this helps.

What I did was to remove the 2 brackets by putting a screwdriver in the center opening and give it a tap and each one comes out in 2 pieces there is no damage and they can be re-installed if need be....

In the western New York area one of the gas stations that used 91 octane with no ethanol has changed to 90 with no ethanol. Any one else come across this and have you used it?

Some Preset Stations disappear

There is a second gremlin in my A7 this time it is a lose of some of my presets. All the presets after number 6 disappeared except for 2 FM stations and 1 AM station.
