Don't worry!

Good to hear! That washer just holds the trans from ripping out from the the top - like that's ever going to happen anyway. I really wouldn't worry about it.

Great write-up. Yes, You'll need to find or buy the stop mounts for install. Both 034 and RS4 have bolt kits for this purpose when switching from OEM mounts.

Yup, Nothing says back off like the amc-eagle. One of my stock trans mounts went so I replaced both with RS4's. Still quiet with less trans movement.
