You can use a O2 spacer. Milltek is only a 200 or 100 Cell cat, which will throw a code. You can also get tuned, most tuner have a test pipe/ hiflow cat program that will eliminate the CEL.

There are 2 '08s at that price @ Stevens Creek Audi (San Jose, CA)

I just bought my CPO'ed 07 for $56 about three months ago (but they threw in a few goodies for me, so I'd say I paid about $54). Bought it from Stevens Creek.
