Hydraulic lines are rated@4500 PSI and the oil would be 120 PSI Max as I've seen on my gauge, cold. It's the heat I'm concerned about.... with this setup installed the oil should never go abouve...

After making some wireing harnesses for CIS-E (easy compaired to what your doing) your looking great. Paying attention to detail, and thinking ahead labeling and drawing diagrams helps greatly.
