I would just JB Weld it. That stuff is pretty permanent and easy and only costs a couple bucks. All my steel mesh around where my fog lights were have been held there to the bumper for 4 years now...

Im not sure what they are, but if your going for that style, the Enkei EKM3's maybe? The Enkei's have 10 "Y" spokes instead of 9 though. Looks similar to what i have.
