Would suggest back to basics here. Verify timing is correct at TDC / crank lock. Possible position sensor is bad but... verify timing manually (is everything lining up?,, TDC, Cams..?)

I've looked and ETKA doesn't have a part number for it or similar to it on different engine(s). I'd think you should be fine with a similar hose cut to length. Try the local junk yard or auto parts...
