Great News - No More Squeaks-Squeals TTRS

Congrats to Audi. I've got new pads and no more vibrations. After 18 months of lowering my head when driving my fantastic little badass car, I can now smile. Interesting..Pads were not manufactured...

Maybe it's ur Dyno package thats incorrect. My TTRS does nothing but haul-ass. 3.875 in 0-100km.

Brake Shim Fix Stopped after 500 miles!

Think my car was first shim fix in the U.S. It lasted for a while but a squeal, although, it be a little squeal, is back. Hope they don't sit on their butts and let this drag alone for another year...

Do ur self a big favor and get the 2013 TTRS. It is the only behind the R8 V10 in power, Nothing beats it in a curve.

APR Flash is worth Having

I visited APR to have it flashed. I enjoy it's added power every day. Try it again.

Not a single problem with my 2012 TTRS ECU.

AoA regional repair guru has not said. Think the Audi GE "ingi'neers" are working the issue. I hope!

We need to plan a TT RS rally next year (Summer/Fall) and hopfully have several hundred cars...

If u can afford the extra $ suggest u drive a TTRS before u sign for the TT-S.

Temp Fix to brake noise on TT RS

1 each thin steel shim placed on each brake pad. Perm fix in January.

TTRS 3 Great Things/3 less than than Great

I'm a 2012 TTRS owner and the car is really great. I can go as fast as nearly every other Audi (except V-10 R8) and do it for a lot less money, The guys at APR has made it even faster for not much....

TTRS is a very limited run. 500 total each in 2012/1013. Better get yours, Ive got mine.

I had lots of patience because I love the way my TTRS handles (A-Z). It took 12 months for Audi to figure out that our cars "UPS sound" can be fixed. Tell ur tech to look for steel shims,...

Good News - TT RS Brake Noises Gone

It is truly astonishing what 4 pieces of 1/8 inch thick steel shimes placed on the back of your brake pads can do to stop brake noises. Good job Audi!

It's All Good

Well, the TT RS is a great daily driver. It's a great back roads driver. It gets good gas milage and it's a beautiful car. It is number 9 Audi for me and I can't say enough great reasons why...

The Blue Ridge should bring out the brake noise/TTRS

Any TTRS models take the trip and if so what, if any, brake noise did the TTRS front brakes make?
