Look at the vacuum line from the air pump as it......

enters the Combi valve. This line usually cracks at the Combi valve nipple and it looks OK at first glance but upon closer inspection you would see the crack. Happened to me and the fix is re4ally...

If you upgrade the motor mounts and.....

add the support, which should cost next to nothing (my exhaust tech didn't charge me anything extra for it) you should have your problem fixed.

My exhaust specialist looked at the setup and ........

decided to weld a steel rod between the downpipe, just south of the flex joint, and the car body (the rod is welded to the DP but bolted to the body for easy removal). He did it without even asking...

The new Audi warranty states that.....

if you have the TB inspected at the stated intervals, the first being at 40K, that they will cover any damage caused by a failed TB. Have it inspected and don't worry anymore about it failing.
