Cleared codes, only ones that came back were the awful misfires.

Swapped connectors on the ICMs, same misfires.
Swapped a few coils around, same misfires.

Watched blocks 15 and 16. Misfires go...

Just got the car back together. Runs like garbage. VAG codes inside.

Replaced all 4 cams, 30 lifters, full timing belt kit.

Rough idle.

9 Faults Found:
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

You probably have a bunch of suspension parts that could use replacing at this point. They are absolutely not necessary, but might make the ride a little better and sound a little quieter.

Front engine cover is probably missing because it would not fit with the aftermarket diverter valves. If it has aftermarket DVs, then its more likely that the car is or has been chipped in the past....

i had the wheels inbetween changing the tires....

i had the wheels inbetween changing the tires. The bead was as clean as new.
