Checking in did you solve this issue? I have the exact same symptoms and issue - I thought it was intake cam lobe spun or cam bridge failure or oil valve failure - I changed all that stuff, retimed...

could be excessive crank case pressure for one reason or another. hopefully its not bad rings causing compression to leak past rings into your crank...

you shouldnt focus soley on mileage. these cars are 10 yrs old and "low" mileage is around 100-120k ... focus more on maintenence ... and DEFINITELY drive the car before you buy it. its worth finding...

sorry to hear of your issues, but these are audis - they do require maintenence ... and if you leave it and ignore it it wont go away by itself



your car also needs EGTs or the EGTs turned off...

AWE and APR are old news as far as stage 3s go ... they used to be the only option in 2003 or so, but now there are MANY more stage 3s. EPL...
