I highly doubt they will change them under warranty as they are a wearing part. Now if a rotor cracked or pad came apart, then they would probably cover under warranty.

if you are getting a US spec one, the TPMS is standard as far as i know. It uses the wheel speed sensors and not pressure monitors in the wheels like BMWs.
