Scanned and found no transmission or brake faults. Just got the car but Car fax says transmission was serviced 10k miles ago when the ECU and TCU were upgraded with REVO software.

I would think that if it wasn't on this list i can argue that the leaky Turbo that is on this list damaged the hose and coolant hoses so they should cover everything.
