i just re read your post , the valve cover will not cause low oil pressure warnings, but a PCV certainly can ..... and since your PCV is built into your cover, ergo, your valve cover can cause low...

sounds like you have an exhaust leak too ,, and id be checking oil pressure.

i would say that is likely an aftermarket rotor , i have seen that lots . just poor quality Metallurgy in a harsh environment. Try a coated rotor next time of good quality

Id be really surprised...

not sure , but im not sure why vacum indicates its bad. You should definitely have suction when you take the oil cap off though , and it should stumble.

the purpose of doing this is not to say its the belt... if the noise is still there it is nothing driven by that belt, if the noise is gone . now you have narrowed down the problem.

yeah me neither .. it was on the zine a while ago, i dont use one so i didnt pay much attention , i think it turned into a pretty big deal though. bet he just pushed it to far and jammed it.
