i don't know about lbs weights.
But it will probably weigh between 1370 and 1395 Kg.
Depending on S-Tronic yes or no.

Not likely that that Audi will ditch the V8 off the S5, i see a Valve-lift upgrade urlier take place then a switch to the V6 Bi-TFSI.
Audi want more seperation between S4/S5 and RS4/RS5.

Audi is developing 3 new Bi-TFSI V engine's.
All base on each other with the same bore and stroke.
The V FSI engine's are 3.2 V6, 4.2 V8 and 5.2 V10.
The V Bi-TFSI engine's will be 3.0 V6, 4.0 V8...

It will have a new 4.0 liter V8 Bi-TFSI engine with approx 464 hp.
