Just push the hatch up...

to the height you want, then after you close it, next opening it will remember the new setting. Same if you want to lower the hatch.

Technically without Nav you do not have a true MMI, but your 6.5" screen has decent resolution for backup display and most MMI features are still there, operated with radio and controls on the dash...

The rings don't seem to cut light output at all...

.... the OP and I have standard MMI. I read somewhere it may be possible with full MMI, but only if the infamous "hidden menu" has been enabled.

Don't know if there is an active Q5 service campaign...

...and I'm not exactly sure what "Replaced Flex Hose Per Tech Line" on my invoice means. I do know this problem first came up on the A4 (B8 Platform) forum, so someone there may have a TSB number....

This morning my Dealer installed a new design power steering hose that has ended the low speed front wheel shudder on my 2009 Q5.

My early 2009 has had almost no issues, never been in shop.

I also have a very early 2009 build, purchased a week or two earlier than Fitz. Fortunately, I've never had any of Fitz's problems, never any downtime in the shop.

My issues? None really worth...
