I don't think the BBK is worth the money it'll cost on teh M10's...

...i'm located in southern nevada, though at the time I was in NorCal. Maybe try contacting 0700 and see if he'll see you his setup, that would be the cheapest option.

no. Those are monoblock 4 piston. B-Type's 2 piece, and they are about as small as you can get...

...they have a flat face to help with inner rim spokes and all in all they are just small for a 4 piston. Here is a picture of the B-Type (for reference on how tight this caliper is, that is a 355mm...

...let's start with proper tach placement, oh and oil pressure gauge, add tire pressure on the dash, and we'll finish it off with a track lap timer with graph to show timed differences. Can't speak...

disagree. a Torsen is a torque multiplier (basically), the 4:1 just increases the bias ratio...

...so you can move more torque around (in this case under acceleration). It is improving on the AWD system in the car, and in whichever way you choose to use it.

Powering out of corner on track...

had (many). Run OEM and play with the suspension till you need to change the bar...

then make small changes, i think the 19mm is the smallest upgrade you can do and I think it's double drilled (so you have 3 settings), start with soft, then medium, then firm, then consider a larger...

the cutting is up to you, if you keep them long, run low ride height, the bump stops add spring rate

...so that will REDUCE grip, which in the front of a B5 will INCREASE understeer.

You could argue that they may be matched to the rear and when you are leaned over both bump stops increase rate,...

Again, I give a huge second to this one, adding spring (any kind) reduces grip, period...

...though in some cases you have little other choice.

I'm a huge fan of a good alignment before suspension tuning, but the B5 needs help in all aspects IMO.

Which VW? The Golf/Jetta's run a strut front, totally different to the B5...

In general, FWD and AWD cars understeer, and in more general, any car sold that costs under 100k understeers.

But running out of front suspension travel will not help a car that understeers when...

FYI the pins were hit or miss in my experience...

Some Torsens I saw the pins were a breeze to pull out, other ones you had to cut them to get leverage. Either way, the pins are cheap to replace, it's the gears that are the expensive part. Washers...
