You mean the NMFA/VfAT memberships? They should tell you up front if it is or not. My Disabled American Veteran's membership is what I used to join PenFed, and it has both limited and Lifetime.

I've never seen anyone on the Audi boards use these. Mostly cause our cars are capable w/out this crap as long as you get an awesome set of Winter tires.
