I have been thinking about selling my 98 2.8 a6 for a while now and today was the day. I moved into the city and did not need such a large car. I put it on craigslist and sold it within a few hours....

Will I pass inspection with a passenger airbag light on?

I have an airbag light on my dash and it is the passenger one. Will I pass the test? Thanks all

And is there a common issue with the passenger side airbag? Please help.

Door sometimes wont open..

I unlocked my door and it would not open from the outside. I had to open the back door and then open the drivers door from the inside..

it is hard to describe. Not metal on metal. Maybe shocks?
I put new wheels and tires on all 4's but i have had them on there for a week and no noise... now i am hearing some.. thanks guys!

a6 Foggy headlights

Greetings.

I have a 98.5 audi a6 2.8. The headlight plastic looks extremely fogged up but it is not wet... It is effecting my headlights.

Also, where can i get good new headlight bulbs?

some christmas trouble

98 audi a4 2.8 quattro. automatic. 165k miles. brand new timing belt(well 3k old). In the cabin i smell like burnt oil. not sure what is causing this.

cracked rim.

greetings. my 2.8 hit 160k and running strong. my friend told me to put a lighter crank pulley on. i dont know much about pulleys on audi's. i have a 500whp sti and light weight crank pulleys...

No filter drag cars usually....

are usually broken down after races.. they also run on some crazy exotic fuels.

For longevity... no filter would not be good.
