Without a doubt go to Advanced Autowerks. Own three Audis and have been going there for years. Honest, communicative, and fair.

1218 Michigan ST (not far from 3rd & Army) they provide cab vouchers...

Isn't 10,000 miles the outside limit, and only if using synthetic oil? Many people

change synthetic oil every 7500 miles or every 6-9 months if low mileage driver. Right?

Do you ever park regularly where there might be something low on the ground on the side where the

damage is? Like a waste can in a parking garage that could dent the car when you parked. This happened to me once in a garage at work.
