Looks to me like the fenders have been rooled. From what I see it looks to have to cleanof lines to be add on's. If you do a search over on the PNW list there is some info on doing it. theres a bunch...

you could always go with r-420. It only takes changing the fittings and finding someone who is willing to do it for yo(as i belive r-420 is a hcfc making it not epa approved for M.A.C.S.) But it runs...

its just like the bently said. YOu have to remove the peice of carpet on the back of the seat and then push in and up on the to tabs with a scwer driver. Its a bit of a pita job but can be done....

at the lowest point in the evap housing. Right under the evap. Easy way to clean out the drain is from under the car with a coat hanger.
