Yes that's the main reason why I got the cable and it's very straight forward to do it. Just checking a box instead of manually changing code.:)

Actually, to use the remote to open/close your top you'll first need to code it via VAG-com cable.

Go to module 5- Access/Start Authorization

change Byte 2 to 00001111

then you can enable it...
