Blue tinted headlights?!?!

I saw a silver RS4 on the road with the headlamp encloser tinted blue, and again on the NEW audi lot, as oposed to clear or smoked black. Is this an option? is this just for looks? If anyone knows...

Idea

I saw in one of the concept arts from audi the RS6 rims - 2 peice w/ bolts, that would be badass!

Benz also does the rims that are on the E63's w/ black center bolted to silver outside on there...
