ohboy... time for tires.

I'm an All Season/Touring sort of guy.

Done the Falken Ziex 512's (liked 'em for they were) and am now on a worn out set of Cooper Lifeliners (again, liked 'em). Tire tech has improved above these...

Anodization bake off/powder coating resource - local to STL would be great.

Anyone got a resource for baking anodization off aluminum?

My pop has some anodized Al chocks for the boat (they bolt to the hard deck and the dinghy gets stored on them) that have corroded....

new spring installed - works like a charm/very happy.

Old OEM spring is might lighter than the new Arnott spring. I have the old part if anyone wants itwants to experiment with the slime solutions...

This past monday morning, the allroad's parktronic decided not to 'chirp' at me when I shifted into reverse. Sure enough, no parktronic.

just heard from Dealership while they were getting into my 01 2.7t for the 80,000m service.

Srsbzns leaks from the valve adjuster gasket and the cam cover gasket. Apparently, it's an 11 hour job...
