If you have 8.5 inch rims stock like my 2013 had, 255 is already pushing it. It is the minimum recommended wheel width for 255 with both pirelli and michelin. 265 should have 9-10 inch wheel.

20x10 will fit but I don't think the 285 tires will. You can put 265 on 10's if you want but there will be a slight stretch. 265 on 9.5 is right in the sweet spot.
