I ordered mine with my wheels from tire rack. I personally am leery about some of the stuff on ebay. I swapped out my wheels with my winters and they worked flawlessly and i had to do nothing.

18's were even a bit tighter on my S6. The stick on wheel weights would actually hit on the fronts so i had to do thin ones and spread them out.

Those should work well. I just put some 18" Nokian WRG4's on my RS and they are awesome in the snow. The ride is so much more comfortable than those low profile 20's.
