Re: You pay a $90 fee for them and they go to court for you.

Or if you don't want to spend $90 you go to court plead no contest and get pretty much the same results. Paying the fine outright is an admission of guilt. I've done this 4 times now, and only once...

Precision Frame and Carriage does good work. They do a lot of high end collision repair as well.

Also Elite Custom Paint and Body is supposed to do good work. But I have not seen it. They are in Arlington area IIRC.

Re: don't think you'd leave skids on wet roads if that were true

It will leave a "clean" area where the tires slide depending on surface.

It was a tragic accident for sure. From what is being said on the SRTforums

The two guys in the front seat had just installed a new part and were trying it out. Definately not smart but like was said earlier there is a place for "testing and tuning". The front seat passenger...

Off topic, but if you haven't tried it the cloverleaf at JTB and Southside is fun.

Especially the Soutside North to JTB West get on ramp, nice little "bonus" at the top. I almost lost it in my friends WRX up there. Late nights the motorcycle guys will play around up there also.

I was there as well Saturday. Nothing compares to the sound IMO.

Did you see the wreck at the end of the day? Goes through the lights at 200+ then swipes the wall and bursts into flames. Luckily he was ok.

FHP Mercury Maurader got someone locally the other day. I was driving

down I-295 @ 70ish (speed limit 65)big dually blows past me on the left, I see "grandpa" cruising up behind me, he changes lanes to my right passes me basically keeping pace with the dually, then...

I love the grip as well but they seem loud from the day I drove off the lot. I haven't had

a chance to autocross on them yet, but with the air pressure adjusted down at the dragstrip my SRT-4 60' time equals that of my BFG drag radials so far. I also have 11,000 miles on them and looks...

Re: Was that the issue with the CV joints failing due to the new drop gear?

I saw something Sat night about the C.V. joint failures. Someone was saying that the banking was causing the failure.

A friend of mine had told me about how much he was looking

forward to the Q7 so I found pics of it and read up a little on it. Two weeks later in November of last year I was at the Pilot truck stop in Ocala getting a drink I walk out to my car and see an A3...

I got stopped in Tenn once. I live in Florida. I called the judge and told him my job is dependant

on my license. I was in the wrong for speeding is there anything we can do to resolve this. He told me to pay a lesser fine to his county clerk and he would withhold ajudication. Someone later told...

Re: Cought that yesterday on Rennlist...

Definately not. If I were the owner and the culprit went to jail I'd find a way to spread a rumor in jail that the guy was a child abuser or rapist. Let the prison give him my revenge. >8)

Probably the same one. The newspaper said it happend a couple

blocks away from the Jacksonville Landing. Pretty sad thing for those punks to do. Probably had some words over the football game. But there were others there as well that couldn't break it up...

Nice run. Good R/T and 60' damn quattros :). The track was slippery, the best 60' I had was a 2.35

with a best pass of 9.23 @ 80.36. I don't know if you saw the 2 silver Evos running but the one that was running 7.7's was launching and getting sideways. Going to Gainesville on the 4th, much better...

Re: Could you please explain how that leads to rich conditions? Once again a case of AW B.S.

Exactly what Shane said. Doesn't matter if its my Neon, my V-8 car, or an Audi, octane affects them the same. The more octane you have the slower the burn rate of the fuel which is what gives you the...

Re: If you dont have the programming for it, dont waste your money

Too much octane isn't a good thing either. It won't hurt your car but doesn't help it either. With its slower burn you'll end up with a rich condition, and I would assume the computer compensating...

Re: I have to check with the Porsche club about how we handle non-club cars.

Thats fine. I fully understand. i didn't realize it was a club with dues organization. Just not many SRT-4 owners who autocross and a lot of the owners are jacka$$es.
