Huge difference in the seats, IMO. The S4 Recaros are killer. The A6 (not S6) seats are flat and non-supportive.

Get the S4 unless you need the room of the A6. And the 6MT in the S4 is nice.

That is a great post. I was really surprised at how non-adjustable the S4 suspension is.

Nice looking parts too. :)

Looking at the old parts it is no wonder that this is nearly a two ton car.

Update:

They are now off the car. 1 lapping day and roughly 600 street miles and they have disintegrated. Literally the driver side rear outer pad crumbled to bits.

Do not take them to the track. I installed a set on my S2000 (was told they would be fine for a lapping day)

They completely suck. Probably fine for street usage but more dusty than the OEM...

Thanks for the offer! Out on the left coast - but I'll ping you if I get out your way.

I don't take the S4 to the track anymore ( S2000 for that duty ) but after a little wheel to wheel @ the 24 Hours of LeMons :D lapping days and auto-x aren't really the same now.

I was thinking about doing...

Both excellent cars. Love my S2000. Fun and reliable.

My brother has a MS3 as his daily - it's perfect except for the torque steer and oddly weak top end - but the mid is very strong.
