Between Sharp & Sony LCDs, I'd go with Sharp.

Having said that, you can't go wrong with either. I have a Sony because at the time of purchase I got a killer deal.

If it's mostly TV watching and a little gaming, plasma might be a better...

I haven't seen any dealer change the interval.

The next SERVICE interval is around 25k, but personally I think an oil change should be done 1/2 way thru the interval.

Contact patch is determined by tire width, not wheel width.

Wider wheels only means the sidewall has to curve back inward less.

Nothing major.

Most often mentioned would be the power folding mirror. That being said, not sure if Canadian spec cars also lost that, or even had that to begin with. Our cars do have slightly different specs up...
