According to Wikipedia, he was a real person but died in 1986. Wonder if he means Ralph Lauren, who does have a home in Colorado - although I thought that was in Telluride.

Holy Crap, it stayed logged-in. I guess clearing all my cookies finally did the trick... although I could have sworn it logged out yesterday even after I cleared them. We'll see how it goes.

Let's talk about something less controvertial: What's going on with ACNA elections?

We haven't had a good, pointless argument about ACNA in a few weeks. Let's see how well this new format can handle a minor bitch session about something else that's is completely pointless.

Which sensor is that? Don't see anything listed under that name on the Worldpac sites

I generally check Autohauz AZ for my parts. Don't see anything listed as a thermo-sensor, although there are various temp-related sensors & switches available.

Not really, but occationally it cranks for a second or two when cold.

One other thing I forgot to mention - when cold it doesn't appear to do the stumbling/stalling issue.

Of course, it only takes a few minutes before it gets warm enough and then it starts, so hard...

My '86 4kq has been stalling when I clutch-in at speed.

What caught my eye was it had the LED headlights and the same headlight shape as the A5/S5 (not the curved bottom lights like the B7/B8 A4). I'm pretty positive it wasn't a B6/B7 A4 cab.

Anyway,...

I was thinking of buying the same kit this weekend...

I did the rear brakes on my eurovan this past weekend and used a big wood clamp to compress the caliper. It wasn't the best tool, but it got the job done.
