swap heater core and only luke warm air

ok guyys so i swapped the heater core on my 96 a4 and bled the system and still only have slightly warm air on HI. any suggestions?

ok got the connector just plugged it in letting...

ok got the connector just plugged it in letting the car run for a little. also i have a connecor loose right next to the orange air bag connector loose and cant find any plug to plug it into

im looking in the engine bay took out the filter...

i let it run on my driveway for about 15 min and still nothing. do i need to bleed it as im running the car?? or do i just have to let it run for a while it it comes out??

ok so i put in the new core and box all back in started it up to see if everythings good. all motors work air effiency is good but the air isnt hot??

i tested out all the motors and flaps and all seem well with no stopping or hesitating. So i am looking around now for a new heater core so i can go about finishing this
