Will an OEM A8 inner tail light from 2011 work on a 2004 model?

I need to replace both my inner tail lights on my 2004 and found a possible orginal OEM ones off a 2011 model. Is this plug and play? I would then keep the outers ones as is. Thanks

I had the 85k service on my D3 done by my local dealer last week. Aside from the scheduled items, a headlight was out and a " scraping " noise was coming out of rear wheel well ( ABS light came on )....

It will be an awesome car. I am just hesitant on how the rear end looks. As being the Big Daddy of the Audi lineup, why would the rear end look like the A4? Gosh I can't wait.

I would love to see a two door coup for an A8 to compete withe CL series, but the design and price must be within reasons. Otherwise, who would be able to afford it? The A8 now is actually " lower"...
