Rotor + pads replacement questions.

Ok.. I pulled the wheels off, and I took the following numbers off the front and rear rotors:

REAR: "germany 4b0615 601 b min 1h 0.315 inch 18mm 5304 bde 1"

So someone tried to break into my audi, and they broke the lock cylinder. And, apparently, the alarm was going off until the battery died. I can get into the trunk, but I can't unclick or manually...

What should I be paying for this work? Brakes+rotors (all), cat convertor (DS) @ an indy shop? 1500?

Brakes+rotors (all around)
and a cat. converter (drivers side)

at an indy shop?

Does 1500 sound reasonable? If not, does anyone have recommendations for a mechanic in the metro ny-nj area?

Exactly what and where is the offset for the rotors? I have the 2.7 and have to replace all four.

OK, what do you think my car is worth? '01 a6 6-speed, 2.7t, needs following work

brakes (rear rotor shot)
Cat converter (engine light comes on)
and there is evidence of rear bumper repaint (paint peeling in small spots)

Ok for the good~ish. The turbos are new, replaced @ 95k...

Just to clarify..I am not burning through 7qts. I am burning (i guess) about a quart or so a week.

Any suggestions on mechanics in the Lehigh Valley PA area? Thats easton PA /phillipsburg nj.
