Yup. Everything but Parktronic is working normally.

They had to drop the fuel tank to clean it and the fuel system. They must have forgotten to reconnect something.

Update: I just spoke to the Costco gas station manager (Ron) on the phone and learned that

1. All their fuel is currently coming from "the BP pipeline."

2. They change their main filters, which he said have a 2 year lifetime, every 6 months..

In March, I got a CEL, took the car to the dealer, and they said that the code was for intermittent misfires on cylinders 4, 5, and 6. They replaced injector #4 and cleared the code.
