Cool, I'm over near Norristown, lived in Elkins Park for a few years.

BT - dealing with an unethical heating contractor.

Summary:

Was quoted for a 90% AFUE gas boiler to replace my old oil boiler.

Contractor installs an 82% AFUE gas boiler, is unresponsive to my complaints.

What Pennsylvania state licensing...
