No symptoms other than a slight burning oil smell and you can visually see the leak at the top of the turbos as per the pics posted.

Not sure if there was a part change, sorry.

I would think no as mine needed to be fixed in Jan 2013 (Sept 12 delivery) and again in 2014 and 2015. It might have been fixed sometime in later model years but I'm thinking not during the 2013...
