MTB crew. Although Tony couldn't pull his S together to get out there yesterday, I did.

Hit up Rosaryville in the early AM. Trail conditions were excellent. Moist, but not wet/muddy. That trail system is maintained very well and they even have some new bridges over some stream...

In AA Co. you just take to landfill and put in proper separated containers

free as long as you are a resident and not in a commercial vehicle.

Let's take a step back here for a minute.

if someone desoldered the actual LED for the CEL just to sell the car than that is fraud - especially if it were a dealer/reseller. However, 20 stored codes for an "electrical fault" could...

Is there somewhere else to ride that dries out better? Rosaryville was pretty mudd

muddy a few weeks ago. I think Shaeffer stays pretty wet too.

Today is clean out the shop and bench work day!

Option B: Pro Performance Marine, Principal is Pat Gallipoli

His shop is down at Casa Rio marina in Edgewater but he works over there as he referred a Liberty customer to me for electronics. He is fanatical about how he does his work, but not sure this kind...

Doubt the 3rd unit holds much barter power. Most contractors, like myself, do not like installing

owner supplied equipment.

In any case, I have a guy that has a shop right across the road at Oak Grove Marina. His shop is called Persimmon Point Marine Services. His name is Alex (wife...

I was thinking back to that day the you and Tony and me had lunch at Chick & Ruth's in Annapolis

At the time I was at my wits end with Corporate America and talked to you guys out of my ass about starting a marine business. My focus at the time was in opening a full service PWC/Jetboat store. ...

I can't believe the rate at which I am selling high end marine electronics. Thankful----->

Isn't the economy in a death spiral? I don't understand how the hell I am kicking so much ass in the marine industry in February selling luxury items that nobody really needs.

I can...

Well I got my ride in. It snowed on me which was not a problem. The trails were wetter than I

expected. I walked a few sections to avoid doing more damage than I already was. It really wasn't the best day to go out, but I really want to get mileage as I'm loving my new bike and want to get...

Weather is definitely an issue, but have to plan to go then call off rather than

not plan to go in first place and decide to ride at last minute if weather OK. Coordinating this time for myself with wifey and three kids is like coordinating a space shuttle launch.

MTB time again: I'm hitting Patapsco tomorrow mid-morningish. Anyone want to go?

I'm going to email Omar, Chad, Tony, Andrew, and maybe a couple others that seem to want to ride but miss these posts.

I have some flexibility on the time but I was thinking about 9am or 930am or...

First thing you need to do is find out of the combined balances on both you notes

total more or less the 80% of the current appraisal value. Right now the secondary market for mortgages will not buy any loan with a 2nd behind it so you would need to roll both into one new loan...
