You should not need new rotors at 12k miles, unless it’s been tracked or you ride the brakes all the time. Put new pads in and off you go.

Tires for sure, no doubt on that. Brakes would be comparible to replacing the Brembo RS4 brakes I suppose, which gets expensive. But the new V is more comparible to the RS Audi cars anyway in terms...

Sounds like more of a clutch master cylinder problem than the pressure plate or friction plate being bad. Go to quattroworld or audizine for answers, this form is dead, very dead.
