Use the flywheel mark for TDC the crank pulley mark moves over time due the rubber isolator in the harmonic balancer. You sure the oil pump gasket is leaking and not just the crank seal?

I would start by buying a coolant system pressure tester that should help find the leaks. It's possible some of the hoses are NLA.
