As long as you checked, then it has to be a disconnected hose

As all said below. The first thing I thought on reading this was

Did you check the intercoolers for packing peanuts or any other material.

but as far as no start goes, check your intercooler piping connections. Maybe a clamp gave out and popped off a hose.
