Ah, but the G35 Coupe is even sweeter!

But there's nothing like quattro and I would sure like a 3.0 A4, and a G35C. :D

Re: ABS malfunctiuon?!?

If the shop that did your brakes didn't get the ABS wire clipped back into place it could have rubbed on your wheel while driving (I had this happen on an A4), causing damage to the sensor wire. ...

Re: Audio upgrade in Seattle Area (help)

If you don't mind paying for it, Innovative Audio in Bellevue is the best installer in the State and maybe even the West coast. For enough money they can even set things up so there are no permanent...

Re: What about a single play CD up front and a changer in the trunk or glovebox?

Glove box is too small, the amplifiers take up the space under the seats, and in the back it sould get murdered by tools or something.

Listening to the radio sucked today on my way to work, so...

Uh, it quit again on the way home! :(

Everytime it tries to change discs it jams. I may try and get them fixed after replacing them and then sell them. Otherwise, maybe I'll just tear them apart and see if I can find the problems. ...

Well it was working again this morning. WTF???

The changer was anyway. I'll probably nurse it along as long as I can. I'm hoping my Christmas bonus will be enough to replace them. Here's what I'm thinking:

Pioneer Premier CD/Tuner with XM...

Mark Bradford shall do the "I told you so" dance tonight. :(

Guess what I'm never buying again! Yep, the CD-45z and the MB-70 are both officialy dead. The player in the 45z won't work at all and the MB-70 keeps jamming. I think it's jammed for good this...

I put mine under the rear deck upside down.

A lot of people will say not to do that due to heat, but I've never had a problem after many such installs and the 80/90 series trunks don't leave a lot of options. If you were real ambitious, you...

XM Radio tuners with RCA line outs?

Does anyone here know if there is an XM radio tuner that has line outs? The closest I've found is the sony that has a mini out. I would accept that, but I will not accept the bulk and ugliness of...

Look at the end of his post...Aluminum!

Just being a smartass! :)

I have the Diamonds with the silk domes in my Xterra and they are fantastic, IMO. I love the detail and the lack of harshness from the tweets. I'm only running 30 watts...

I don't think you can hook anything but a Nakamichi changer to it.

I have the CD-45z and the MB-70 6 disc changer in my Xterra and absolutely love them. I've had them both for about 10 months now and have no problems with them. They get bounced around really good...

Firestone? Just kidding! Do you have the 14" or 15" wheels?

For the 15", the following come to mind:

Pirelli P7000 Summer.
Dunlop Sport 8000.
Dunlop Sport 5000 (for all season).

For 14":

Michelin Pilot XGT H4 (all season).
Bridgestone Potenza...

Nakamichi, Eclipse, Blaupunkt, Pioneer Elite, and maybe one more.

I have the Nakamichi MB-70 in my Xterra and it's great. 9 months and it hasn't jammed yet and i even run it when I'm 4 wheeling. Hopefully it won't start jamming now! The only complaint I have is...

I found it best to replace all the bulbs at once.

When I tried replacing the bad bulbs, other old ones would blow as soon as I plugged the cluster back in. Don't know if that's your problem, but it seems likely.

If you don't drive it hard, I think it would be fine.

I've mounted Pioneer, Alpine, Soundstream, A/D/S, Kenwood, and DEI amplifiers upside down without any of them ever overheating and none of them had internal fans. It would be better to build a shelf...

Re: Found a pair of Kicker 690i 6x9's that I only used for 3 months...

This may seem a little odd, but you could register at the Xterra Owners Club and advertise on the For Sale Forum. The Xterras have 6x9's int he back. THing is, you'll probably need some mounting...
