agreed I just...

haven't really expereinced something shifts that quickly and so perfectly - I can see how the dsg would be quicker to 60 and around a track - just saying that I feel like it takes some of the drama...

Hard to tell but looked like I 2.8 (i couldn't see the trim) debadged, had a lip spoiler and the multi spoke newer wheels (like celebration). It also looked lowered with possibly a different exhaust...

newish water pump leaking?! any experience?

So i had the whole timing belt/water pump/belts etc service done at 60k and now 30k later my water new pump is leaking! To boot, the accesory/drive belts are all F'd as well and need to be redone....

Apparently I have an outer CV boot torn. Don't know how big the tear is but need to drive the out of town this wknd until service next mon - HOw long does it take for that joint to go dry? Anyone...

205 section width too narrow for an 8'' wheel?

I know 6-7 would be ideal but is this just not feasible? Aware that the rim will likely have no protection. I have 205/50-17's M3's i want to put on 17x8 wheels...

I had these symptoms

And it was ignition related - the ignition management controller was bad - a stupid little harness thing that cost 400 bucks.

shop advice?pro imports vs ssi performance -

I'm getting a k03 switched out... both shops are reccomended though i'm in Rockville so Pro imports is closer. SSI is over an hour away.. but a hundred bucks cheaper for the labor.
