can I program a new key with vag com or does it have to go to the dealer?

I lost 1 key to my car. i know the laser cut has to come from audi but can i program the fob to start the car& unlock, etc...

2010 A5 CABRIO TOP SQUEEK

my cab is driving me nuts, the top is squeeking each time i go over a bump & i go over a lot of bumps, if i push up on the top header the noise is gone so it is in the latching area
anyone?

Yeah I looked there & done that. The problem is it resets my oil change mileage counter to 0 & 365 days each time which in turn messes me up +the reminder on start up does not shut off

every time I start my car it tells me service is due, i have the vag com cable & program but I cannot find the avenue to take to get it to reset.

on my mmi system, i just set up a new sd card with mp3 files but it says unreadable, any ideas? my other cards read fine & the sd card reads fine in my phone & computer

yup, what he said, get the vag com cable, make sure it is a ross tech, not so much that the cable is an issue(never checked) but the software is \VITAL
