21,000 miles and I'm averaging a calculated 32MPG. I get about (on average) 34MPG in the summer and 29MPG in winter. There are a lot of economy car owners that would be happy to get that.

There have been issues reported about the sunroof rattling. I never experienced it, so I can't tell you what to look for, but I'd pay attention to that during your test drive.

Happy with mine - I think the TDI is the best combination of power, quattro, MPG, and room there is on the market. Anything else I'd replace it with I'd be giving up one of those things.

Probably the single thing that pisses me off about the Q - I can be 2 houses away facing the garage and it will open it - but sitting in the driveway it won't CLOSE the damn garage door.

Actually I believe you can lock it and keep it running with the physical key (not the key fob).

Hopefully the dogs weren't in the car when it was stolen ....
