First off that cooling system fault is your thermostat....

Secondary..... The fuel level in cluster is what responds to your fuel...

You locked up the crank somehow. I wonder if you damaged the oil pump. Runs on a chain off of the crank. Whatever you do I wouldn't start it.

Probably have to drain the oil. Look for metal

its your coolant flange. Its kinda a pain to change. But connects directly to th heater core coming off the back of the head

Don't use a bar. I like buying cheap Audi's with smashed valves. It happens ALL THE TIME.

You can replace the cam tensioner seals with removing sprockets but not the cam shaft seals.

You probably need a switch. I've seen it more common on older A6's, But i suppose it could happen considering the switches are the same

Very wrong.

Audi typically have camber adjustments in the rear and the front is done by shifting the subframe.

If you raise and lower your car you should be able to still make the adjustments...

10 bucks says its the backing plate (water shield as you call it).... sometimes rocks can even get stuck in there and rub against the rotor

The pump WILL NOT make noise when its "bad", Your car just won't start.
Actually, The pump makes noise all the time. You just can't hear it cause the seat muffles the sound

Flushes are actually highly recommended
