sorry to hear about your car. Sometimes you need to pry it open after an accident. Unless pulling the bumper off allows you to see where it's stuck.

Not required to put the car on a dyno unless you're dumb enough to go to a smog station

with a 4wheel dyno.

Otherwise, visual, pull codes (readiness), visual (cats, intake, visible leaks of any kind)

You didn't check the order, Mike stood by his written policy. Credit card's

can easily **** over any retailer. They have the final say in regards to $ and vendors seldom win if they contest. It's a lose lose situation.
