Headlamps Resetting themselves while stopped???

It seems my headlamps keep on "resetting" themselves ie point down and then come back up quite a bit when I am stopped either at a light, stop sign etc... just wondering if this is normal... and if...

no the C5 RS6 is half a second quicker in 0-60 (4.4-4.6 seconds) and quarter mile (12.5 seconds)... stock... not sure braking but the 14 inch front disks and 13 inch rears (cross drilled)... it...

Ya its an "04 only 90 were brought to Canada so its rare... and a simple chip in the RS6 brings it well over 500HP and over 500lbs/ft torque with 4.0 0-60... so apples to apples its not close... ...
