Timing belt roller tensioner. When it fails, the timing belt is loose making a diesel sound. You may get a code on the camshafts because of the loose belt.

Cooling system is still giving me grief. After run system control Relay(324) needed.

Carbotech has what you need. As OSin456 states, the XP-8s work well...

I ran XP8s, new rotors, and high temp fluid in a two ton allroad at Road Atlanta and VIR.

I am contemplating installing the turbos in the car while it's down for ..

maintenance. The turbos are Cosworth RS6 units. They were pulled from one of the Champion S4 race engines. I'd like to make sure the wastegates are working properly before installing.
